Orders and availability

Product listings, images, stock, weights, prices and delivery slots may change. An order is subject to stock and confirmation. If an item is unavailable or materially different, we will contact you about an appropriate substitution, cancellation or refund. Do not advertise a delivery time unless it can be supported operationally.

Prices and payment

The checkout should show the product price, applicable taxes if any, delivery fee, optional express/instant fee, discounts and total before you place the order. Payment methods shown at checkout are the methods currently supported. Do not share OTPs, PINs or payment passwords with staff.

Delivery

Delivery is available only in areas shown as serviceable at checkout. Customers should provide accurate contact and address details and be reachable at delivery. Any additional charge must be disclosed before the order is submitted.

Cancellations, quality issues and refunds

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, submit false information, or interfere with other customers’ use of the service.

Content and intellectual property

Use of the website does not transfer ownership of its brand, text, software or images. Product images and third-party marks remain with their respective owners. We will remove or correct material where a valid rights concern is raised.

Liability and changes

We will take reasonable care to provide accurate listings and service. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for interruptions outside our reasonable control; this does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. We may update these terms prospectively and will post the current version here.
