Information we collect

Depending on the feature you use, we may collect your name, mobile number, delivery address, landmark, PIN code, order contents, order history, payment status, support messages and account identifiers. We should only request fields needed to fulfil an order, manage your account, provide support, prevent fraud or meet legal obligations. Do not enter sensitive personal information into free-text fields.

Why we use it

We use relevant information to process orders and delivery, communicate order updates, maintain accounts, handle returns and complaints, protect the service, and comply with legal obligations. Marketing messages should be sent only where an appropriate lawful basis and consent/opt-out process applies.

Payments and service providers

Payments may be handled by a payment provider such as Razorpay or another provider actually enabled at checkout. Supabase may host authentication and database services. Hosting, messaging, map and other vendors may process data needed for their functions. Confirm the providers actually used, their privacy notices and any cross-border processing before launch. We do not claim that no data is shared with service providers.

Location and maps

If you choose location detection, your browser may ask for permission. Location should be used only to help with delivery or finding stores. You can decline and enter an address manually. Embedded maps may connect to a third-party provider and expose technical data such as IP address to that provider.

Retention and security

We retain personal data only as long as reasonably needed for the stated purposes, customer support, security and legal/accounting obligations. Access should be limited to authorised staff. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You may request access, correction, erasure where applicable, withdraw consent where consent is the basis of processing, or raise a privacy concern by contacting veggewala@gmail.com / 83032 77677. Withdrawal does not undo processing already lawfully completed and some records may need to be retained for legal reasons.

Children

This service is intended to be used by adults or with the involvement of a parent/guardian where required. Do not knowingly collect a child’s personal data beyond what is legally permitted and necessary.
